The Discovery: Demon Manchester Rapper.
GTP ENT: When did you decide to venture into music?
DEMON: I never really decided it just came as a natural talent, I was always writing lyrics and listening to music as a kid. I've been writing lyrics nearly 11 years. GTP ENT: What was your inspiration?
DEMON: I'm afraid to say I didn't have any inspiration that I know of, it is just a form of expression. GTP ENT: Why did you choose rap as a genre of music you'll be doing?
DEMON: I chose rap because I cant sing, but I don't just do one genre I can do R&B, Rap, Hip-Hop, Grime, Dance....basically I'm versatile and I can adapt to anything.
GTP ENT: As an upcoming artist, what is the biggest challenge you've experienced in the industry?
DEMON: The biggest challenge I would say is lack of deep listeners, I feel I don't get the recognition I deserve due to trash rappers blocking peoples view of me, I'm like a diamond in a stone driveway, hard to find.
GTP ENT: Apart from being a rapper, what else do you do?
DEMON: I wouldn't consider myself a rapper, I would say I'm an artist but other than that, I make instrumentals and watch a few Youtube videos. Apart from that i just do music 247 its all i ever do really.
GTP ENT: Your video "Upper Hand" was shot in one background, anything you can say on that?
DEMON: Yes, I have only just invested in a camera and I don't have any professional help, I own all my equipment and record all my music in my bedroom studio.
GTP ENT: Are you in a relationship?
DEMON: Nope, I am single and free
GTP ENT: What more should we expect from you this year?
DEMON: You should expect the same as I give out now but an increase in quality in all aspects.
GTP ENT: Do you have any memorable event that occurred to you that made you think twice about your music career? If so, what was it?
DEMON: Well I had a mental breakdown aka spiritual awakening back in 2015 but it just made me want to express myself and my feelings even more.
GTP ENT: Which rapper do you look up to and why?
DEMON: I like rappers like "2pac" and "Mic Righteous" due to the fact the music has a meaning and a positive influence behind it and is not the trash gun, money, hoes type music you hear nowadays.
GTP ENT: What is your message to other upcoming artists out here?
DEMON: Don't give up for no one, do the music for you and others not money and fame. Dont be a sheep and copy anyone else's style, be you, have meaningful lyrics and don't follow anyone else's path, and have a passion and love what you do.
GTP ENT: What is your favorite dish?
DEMON: Errm I don't really have one, but if I had to pick I'd say "food".
GTP ENT: Thanks for coming in Demon. See you soon!
